Once the subscription is confirmed, you have a period of 48 hours to request its cancellation and the return of your money. To request a refund you must write an email to [email protected]
or contact us through the contact page. To calculate the 48-hour period, the time of sending the email or the form requesting cancellation will be taken into account.
100% refund of the amount
If the cancellation request meets the 48-hour period, the 100% that the user has paid for the subscription will be returned.
Once the money has been reimbursed, the service that the user has contracted will be totally canceled, returning the user to the free plan.
Not valid for renewals
The refund is only valid for new subscriptions. The return period will not be taken into account in periods that fall within a renewal since we consider that the user has had enough time to test the service and cancel their subscription.
