Once the subscription is confirmed you have a period of 48 hours to request your cancellation and your money back. To request a refund you must write an email to [email protected] or contact us through the contact page.
For the calculation of the 48-hour period, the time of sending the email or the form requesting the cancellation will be taken into account.
If the cancellation request meets the 48-hour period, a 100% refund will be made that the user has paid for the subscription.
Once the money has been reimbursed, the service that the user has contracted will be completely canceled, returning the user to the free plan.
The refund is only valid for new subscriptions. The return period will not be taken into account in periods that fall within a renewal since we consider that the user has had sufficient time to test the service and cancel their subscription.
